Guiding Principles at our Gym
The guiding principles at our gym are:
1. No ego’s allowed
2. We train with aliveness against an uncooperative resisting opponent /s in isolated as well as free sparring ranges
3. We train as realistic as possible
4. The greatest part of the class is spend on fundamentals
5. We train with progressive resistance
6. We train as complete fighting athletes in all the ranges
7. Have fun!
Whether one is a fighter or just want to train like one, anyone can develop the fitness of body and the strength of character of a warrior. The mind of the warrior is just as important to work out as any muscle. At the Potch Gym, our clients have a variety of shapes, sizes and ages, but they all enjoy the benefits of training realistically in a fun and ego-free environment.
