Info regarding trial classes
You are welcome to attend two free trial classes to experience the training for yourself before you commit.
Please contact us to book a suitable date for your first trial class. I will confirm your booking and forward more details.
NB. Please ensure you are medically fit to participate in functional martials fitness and training.
You do not need to buy any equipment yet to attend a trial class (see if you like the training first), but it is recommended to bring at least a mouth guard if possible, and any padded gloves you might have. A groin guard for the guys might also be a good idea, if possible.
Although you do not need equipment for the trial classes, it is recommended to get your own equipment such as a mouth guard, padded MMA training gloves, etc. as soon as possible for safety and personal hygiene reasons.
Please note that we have limited space available, and although we will try to accommodate you, we might need to put you on a waiting list first.
What to wear:
Guys: Board short or PT short with old T-shirt
Ladies: Short, Ski pant or Sweat pant with sports top underneath an old T-shirt
General:
1. Please remove all jewellery before training;
2. Please bring along a sweat towel and water bottle;
3. Please ensure personal hygiene (finger and toe nails short / clean, etc.);
4. No one with any open wounds will be allowed to train;
5. Please refrain from training if you have any contractible disease, even it's only a common cold;
6. Please arrive 5 - 10 min early.
