This include Warrior Fitness (warm-up and conditioning) as well as Combat Athletics, which is a dynamic blend of functional martial arts, including JKD, MMA, Vale Tudo, Personal Protection, BJJ, Grappling, Combatives, Reality Based Weapons etc. - all geared towards creating balanced, well rounded, functional and skilled warriors!
Please note that Warrior Fitness (warm-up and conditioning) is compulsory seeing as each builds on the foundation of the other. If you are serious about self defence, we highly recommend that you try to attend all of these to give you a well-rounded, holistic approach. The optional Open Mat class is highly recommended and especially suited for those that would like to progress quickly.
We usually train despite loadshedding.
No problem if you cannot always stay till the time the final class finish - train as long as you are able to, and leave a bit earlier if you have to. Anything is better than nothing!
Please note:
1. As mentioned above, we would prefer if you'd attend Warrior Fitness as warm up and conditioning. This is aimed specifically towards functional fitness for martial arts and is integral to reaching your full potential.
