Training for ladies
Ladies are most welcome to join our general classes. Everybody will benefit from training in functional, realistic martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA and Reality Based Personal Protection, complemented by our Warrior Fitness classes. You will develop a physique that is not only fit and toned in appearance, but also functional in real world application by actually being as fit and strong as you look. You will learn effective skills that can literally save your life.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Ladies will especially benefit from training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since the style was developed to enable a smaller person to handle a bigger, stronger opponent through leverage, timing and skill. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is especially famous for it's effective ground fighting techniques and realistic training methods.
Warrior Fitness
Warrior Fitness complement our different martial art classes by further developing power, strength, endurance, flexibility and skills through functional martial arts and fitness exercises and circuits. It can be considered as group training specifically geared towards modern martial artists.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) / Vale Tudo
The days that the Octagon were dominated by males are long gone. Many ladies now successfully compete in the cage, while still remaining feminine. You can still reap the awesome conditioning and self confidence benefits of MMA training without having to compete, even if you train with controlled contact in a fun and ego-free environment. MMA / Vale Tudo is a great foundation and functional delivery system for reality based personal protection.
Reality Based Personal Protection
Reality Based Personal Protection training should be compulsory for everyone residing in South Africa, men and ladies. Although MMA and Vale Tudo forms a huge part of our Personal Protection foundation, brains rather than brawn is emphasized through training of avoidance, tactics, mindset, use of force equalizers and last ditch effective close quarter skills coupled with the functional foundation we develop in MMA / Vale Tudo training.
